- 2.1 In order to use and benefit from the services of Immobi237, users must agree to the Terms of Service.
3. Collection of Real estate information
- 3.1 Users of the Immobi237 services can freely provide personal and property information upon registration. No personal information is collected without the user’s authorization.
- 3.2 During the application process, users must agree to provide accurate information notably but not exhaustively on personal and property details. Immobi237 takes no responsibility for any wrong information(s) provided.
- 3.3 Any personal and property information(s) collected on this site shall be used exclusively for what it is intended for; classified advertising.
- 3.4 Users have the right to modify and rectify personal and property data
- 3.5 During the procedure, information may be stored, transferred or made available to Immobi237 professional partners (real estate agents and promoters)
4. FREE ONLINE ADVERT APPLICATION CONDITIONS
- 4.1 Private owners of property will publish their advertisements relating to sales and or leasing ONLY through certified real estate agencies.
- 4.2 After registered and upholding adverts, he/ she will have the possibility of selecting two agencies from the list of certified partner agencies. Immobi may decide which agent(s) to attribute to which owner of property where and whenever necessary.
- 4.3 The selected agencies by the owner of the property has a responsibility to investigate the property to see if it’s in conformity with the law and make necessary proposals for approval by Immobi237.
- 4.4 Immobi237 administrator has a responsibility to contact the owner of the property to finalize the terms of transactions with the selected agency.
4.5 Upon confirmation of an advert, an Immobi237 administration inserts the contact address of the advertising agency.
5. TERMS OF TRANSACTION BETWEEN PROPERTY OWNER AND AGENCY
- 5.1 Private owners of property MUST allow Agency to investigate the genuineness of the property intended for sale/lease in due laws and rules
- 5.2 Owner of the property must accept that ONLY the contact address of the agency selected is published on the advert
- 5.3 Owner of a property provides and signs all necessary documents in relation to the property with a certified professional as required by the law
- 5.4 Owner of the property is not entitled to any payment to Immobi237 or its selected agent except if additional services are provided.
- 5.5 Owner of the property accepts that commission of transactions as stipulated by the law is wholly the entity of the agency and Immobi237.
6. TERMS OF TRANSACTION: IMMOBI AND AGENCY
- 6.1 Immobi237 assumes that the intended property to be advertised has been investigated by the selected agency.
- 6.2 Any property announced on the Immobi237 platform is the sole responsibility of the selected agency.
- 6.3 All direct property advertisements from the agency, have a one-month free access period of grace after which subsequent months will require payments.
- 6.4 .Immobi237 benefits from part of the commission of transactions from the agency, for private property owner contacts obtain through its medium.
